-To Send Newsletters: We use the email addresses provided for newsletter subscriptions to send periodic emails with quality content.
-To Respond to Inquiries: We use information submitted through our contact form to respond to your questions and requests. We retain this information      in our database for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce        our policies.
-To Provide Educational Services: We use information about children’s learning behavior and enrollment to provide educational services, personalize the      learning experience, and track progress. This information is considered private and is only accessible by the instructor and Teaching Assistants directly      involved in the class.
-For Educational Content: We may use video recordings as described below to better the field of education.

-Parent Organization: Payment information is processed by Northampton Community College, and we do not have access to or store your payment details.

-Verifiable Parental Consent: If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information. Parents who believe their child has submitted personal information to us without their consent can notify us at contact@mamath.life, and we will promptly delete the information upon verification.

For in-person classes, we may record videos for educational and promotional purposes. We are committed to protecting the privacy and identity of children in these recordings.
-Parental Consent: Prior to any recordings, we will obtain explicit, verifiable parental consent. Parents will have the option to:
-Have their child's voice digitally altered.
-Have their child's face blurred or their image cropped out.
-Have their child excluded entirely from any video recordings.
-Consent and Publication: Once a parent has granted consent for their child's inclusion in a published video, that video cannot be subsequently removed from online platforms. Parents may, however, change their consent preferences for future videos at any time prior to the next video's publication.
